3. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

• Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documents required by the destination country.

• Millennium Tours & Travel Pte Ltd is not responsible for losses arising from incomplete, expired, or invalid travel documents.

• Cancellation charges and amendment fees may apply according to the policies of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.

Millennium Tours & Travel Pte Ltd acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transportation providers, and tour operators.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service interruptions, or operational decisions made by these third-party providers.

6. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

Millennium Tours & Travel Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, additional expense, or damage resulting from:

• Airline or transportation delays and cancellations

• Weather conditions or natural disasters

• Government restrictions or immigration decisions

• Political unrest or public health emergencies

• Actions or omissions of third-party travel providers

• Loss of personal belongings or baggage
